Our paintings are most often painted with either spray paint or acrylic. If you like spray paint art you’ll find it interesting that we do not use stencils or masking tape. In this way our spray painted canvases capture the energy of our street art paintings.

Returns and refunds are not accepted once the order is confirmed. - Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 5-7 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. - Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation by email once your order has been shipped with a tracking number. - Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges will be estimated and displayed at checkout. A final shipping cost will be determined upon receipt of your order and shipping address. Additional shipping charges may apply based on the shipping address and will be invoiced in separately. If the final shipping cost exceeds what was paid, a refund for the difference will be issued. - Undelivered orders
Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Studio Zepa is not responsible for packages returned or undelivered due to an incorrect address, or for shipments marked as delivered but missing due to theft or delivery errors. For any delivery issues, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number. If re-shipment is required, it will be billed based on the new shipping address and may include a signature requirement if needed. - Customs, Duties and Taxes
Studio Zepa is not liable for any customs fees, duties, or taxes associated with your order.
All such charges (tariffs, import taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer. - Damages
While we take great care in packaging to protect your item during transit, Studio Zepa cannot be held responsible for damage or loss incurred during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
Keep all packaging materials and the damaged item, and take photos of the outer package and the item itself before opening if visible damage exists.
